Staff "New" to Leading YMCA Development Welcome Session

Wednesday, April 1
1:00 – 2:30 pm

Facilitators: Pam Havlick Hearn, CFRE, YMCA of Monmouth County, and Darlene Hepburn, YMCA of Greater Vancouver

If you are new to leading your Y's financial development program within the last three years this session is for you!  The first few years can be a maze of seeking new networks and resources, figuring out how to involve others to achieve your goals while dealing with an overload of information and navigating the Y's fundraising model. This session will answer your questions and provide the opportunity to network with others who can help you navigate transition into your new position.

Power Hour

Wednesday, April 1
4:30 - 5:30 pm

Whether you are new to development or new to the Y's way of development, we hope you will join our Power Hour on Wednesday and meet your new tribe! A special Welcome Session described above provides more in-depth orientation while the Power Hour is focused on networking and socializing with fellow Development Directors and CDOs.
